Shocking revelation in WHO report:
You and I are using headphones but probably have never thought about its side effects. Headphones, earphones and earbuds affect our health so much that they can be called sweet poison. Call it fashion or hobby, but the use of headphones will make the entire coming generation deaf.
The World Health Organization has said in a report that by 2050, about 100 crore people will become deaf and their age will be between 12 to 35 years. The report says that one out of every four people will become deaf due to headphones-earphones.

25% of people are suffering from deafness due to headphones-earbuds:
According to the guidelines of the organization, currently about 50 crore people between the ages of 12 to 35 are suffering from deafness due to various reasons. 25% of these are those who listen to something continuously in high volume on earphones, earbuds or headphones. About 50% of people are becoming deaf due to exposure to loud music, clubs, discotheques, cinema, fitness classes, bars or any other loud sound playing around for a long time.
How much volume of headphones is safe:
The volume level in any personal device ranges from 75 decibels (db) to 136 decibels, although its level can also vary in different countries. On average, the volume should be used between 75db to 105db. Usually, the Apple Watch issues an alert when the volume is more than 90db. The safest volume for ears is 20-30db.
