Design & Build Quality:

Redmi Smart Fire TV 32 comes with a premium frame-less metal design. Remote, battery, and fiber stand are provided in the box with the TV. That means, if you want to mount the TV on the wall, you will have to purchase the wall mount separately.

The grip with the stand is good, so even if you use the TV through the stand, it will not slip from the table. In terms of design, the TV is very good and it has very less bezels. The TV is packed in a carton which has a design on it and by cutting the design you can make a table or stand.

Connectivity Options:

The body of the TV is metal. Talking about connectivity and ports in the TV, it has two HDMI ports 2.0 (HDMI 1 supports ARC), AV 1, two USB ports, one AV input socket, one 3.5 mm socket for wired headphones or speaker connectivity, and one for wired internet connectivity.

An Ethernet port and an antenna socket are available. Dual-band Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 2.4GHz + 5GHz) is available with the TV. The remote provided with the TV can also be used for the set-top box.

This smart TV of Redmi comes with a 32-inch HD-ready display, which comes with (1366×768 pixels) resolution. The TV supports 16 million colors. However, the company has not given information about the peak brightness of the TV.

The TV comes with a 6.5 ms response time, 60 Hz refresh rate, and 178-degree viewing angle. Vivid Pixel Engine feature is also provided with Redmi Smart Fire TV 32.

The view of the TV is quite good in terms of HD resolution. You will be able to watch videos on YouTube with a maximum resolution of 1080 pixels. We liked the viewing angle and the black color of the TV.

During the review, we used apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney + Hotstar, Zee5, and YouTube on Redmi Smart Fire TV 32. We have no complaints regarding picture quality. It is fun to watch videos on TV.

Performance:

As far as performance is concerned, Fire OS has been provided for the first time with Redmi Smart Fire TV 32. This is Amazon’s in-house operating system. Using Fire OS was great. For this, the team of Xiaomi and Amazon have worked for a long time.

The TV has a Cortex A35 quad-core processor and Mali G31 MP2 GPU. The TV will have 8 GB inbuilt storage with 1 GB RAM. Despite less RAM, Fire OS uses it well and provides fast performance with good speed. There is no problem in opening apps and playing videos on TV. We did not see any lag here. It doesn’t take much time to install a new app on the TV.
