Asus ZenBook Duo 14 is a next-generation laptop suitable for creators’ work and hardcore gaming. The laptop has an 11th Gen Intel Core i7 processor. The laptop is launched a year ago and is ultra-portable which is a major positive factor any laptop can ever have. ZenBook Duo 14 is considered the laptop of tomorrow as it has a dual-screen that helps in multitasking.
Asus ZenBook Duo 14 Review (Intel i7 11th Gen)
Build Quality and Design:
ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 is built pretty well and feels sturdy. The second display feels good and looks premium but we have come across more premium designs. The layout is additive and one can easily get inclined to use it in the way they like. The laptop has a shimmery navy finish from the outside and we have not seen any wow factor considering the design of the laptop.

Display:
ASUS ZenBook Duo 14 has a four-sided nano edge display for an immersive experience and offers a 93% screen-to-body ratio and goes up to 400 nits. The laptop has a 14-inch display (1920*1080) and a 100% sRGB color gamut. The dual-screen display is a win-win option for those who like to multi-tasking and carry out the operation pretty well.
Performance:
The 11th Gen Intel Core i7-1165G7 processor enables fast performance. The laptop has Windows 11 Home. It has 8GB RAM which is expandable up to 16 GB, which is pretty speedy. When it comes to testing the performance, it takes around 14 minutes and 55 seconds to transcode a 4K video to 1080p. The rate of file transfer in ZenBook Duo 14 is far better than many other laptops present in this price range. We can say that the performance is good and there is no point in questioning.
Battery Backup:
The ZenBook Duo 14 has a good battery life, even after supporting the dual-screen which is almost half the size of the main screen. The battery on normal usage of web surfing lasts for around 10 hours which is very shocking, considering that it has to support both screens at once. That means if we turn off the second screen and work on the main screen the battery life will automatically increase to approximately 14 hours, which is a win-win point for the ZenBook Duo.
Keyboard & Trackpad:
The typing experience of the ZenBook Duo 14 is excellent and the key placement is such that one can type with 96% accuracy. The placement of the touchpad is awkward and makes no sense for its placement on the right side of the keypad. The touchpad does not have a physical clicking mechanism which may be a drawback for many users.
Verdict:
The ZenBook Duo 14 is considered to be one of the best laptops with the features that it has for users. For the price it is sold, it is considered one of the best options anyone can choose. Only the drawback that we noticed is the touchpad placement and because of that there is little space for the hand placement making it difficult to be used at first, but once you are used to it, you won’t find any problem. It is best for those who require lots of screens in a single laptop, with a good battery backup.
